This was a complete re-fit for Palmers Brewery. Working closely with Mark, the tenant chef, a couple of layout ideas were presented from which we developed the final plan & equipment specification for this very busy pub.

Four distinct sections were created, prep, cook, starters & service. We used Rational & Lincat cooking equipment, Precision refrigeration, Winterhalter for the dishwashing as well as bespoke fabrication items.
