This was another new site for the Boston Tea Party, to be sited on the ground floor of an existing social club. We designed & fitted out the kitchen & counter areas with a particular emphasis of having both areas linked together & open.
Kitchen equipment included induction hobs, fan ovens, contact grill, & high speed ovens together with the bespoke stainless steel fabrications. We used Precision for all the refrigeration requirements & a Winterhalter pass through dishwasher. A Hoshizaki icemaker was used to serve the ice well & drinks requirements.
For the counter we designed & installed stainless steel back & front sections together with a bespoke ‘L’ shape glass display unit.
